In order to leave a Den, the Leader must first appoint another Leader.
If your Leader becomes inactive, there is nothing we can do about that -- who knows whether they'll come back tomorrow, in a week, or ever? If you want a Den with a more active Leader, you can switch to a new Den or create your own! ;)
