In this version of the Dens feature, there are only two ranks: Member, and Leader.

There can only be 1 leader. The Leader is, by default, the player who created the Den. The leader may promote another member to Leader if they wish. But remember; once you promote, you will lose your Leader title as a consequence.
Leaders may also edit the Den's settings and kick players out.

Members are everyone else besides the leader.
